This Policy applies to purchases made directly through Uptrackt, including subscriptions, digital services, software access, and related platform offerings.
If local consumer protection laws provide additional or non-waivable rights, those rights will always apply.
By purchasing or using Uptrackt services, you agree to this Refund Policy together with our Terms of Service and applicable legal terms.
1. Global Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable law, purchases made through Uptrackt are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds may be issued if:
- You exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right under local consumer protection laws;
- A technical issue or service defect prevents reasonable access to the purchased service;
- A duplicate or incorrect transaction occurred;
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative activity.
If a refund is issued, access to the related service or subscription may be suspended or terminated.
2. Refund Eligibility & Time Window
Consumers may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the original transaction.
To remain eligible for a refund request:
- The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date;
- The transaction must have been completed directly through Uptrackt;
- The purchase must not involve fraudulent activity, abuse, or unauthorized use.
If local consumer protection laws provide longer mandatory refund periods, those rights will apply.

Refund requests should include sufficient transaction details so we can identify and review the purchase.
4. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Typical refund processing timelines are:
- Credit and debit cards: Typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- International wire or bank transfers: Usually processed within 7–15 business days depending on intermediary banks and regional banking systems.
- Digital wallets and alternative payment providers: Processing timelines may vary based on the provider’s internal policies.
- Currency conversion refunds may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and additional processing delays by financial institutions.
- Certain banks or card issuers may temporarily display the refund as a pending transaction before final settlement.
While Uptrackt processes approved refunds promptly, final settlement timelines are controlled by third-party financial institutions and payment networks.
5. Refunds for Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues or material service defects preventing reasonable access to purchased features or services, please contact our support team.
To help us investigate efficiently, please provide:
- Your transaction or invoice details;
- A description of the issue experienced;
- Any screenshots or supporting information where available.
Where applicable, refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact Uptrackt before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated, access to the related services may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
This Policy does not affect lawful consumer rights to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges under applicable payment or consumer protection rules.

Uptrackt may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
The version published at the time of your transaction will apply to that transaction.
